2. Definitions
Platform: My Autobiography services
Stars: Individuals publishing media & content on the platform
Stargazers: Users/Viewers
Content: All media, data, and AI-generated outputs

3. Eligibility
Users must be 18+ or have consent.

4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for account activity.

5. Platform Use
Users must not violate laws, misuse AI, or harm the platform.

6. Content Ownership, Rights & Licensing Policy

  • Users own content but grant a global license for platform use and AI processing.
  • This Content Rights & Licensing Policy governs how content is created, owned, used, and distributed on the My Autobiography platform, operated by HVR LAB INC.
  • Content includes all text, audio, video, images, digital assets, AI-generated outputs, avatars, and any other materials uploaded or created on the platform.
  • Users (“Stars”) retain full ownership of the original content they upload to the platform.
License Grant to Platform

By uploading content, users grant HVR LAB INC. a:

  • Worldwide
  • Non-exclusive
  • Royalty-free
  • Transferable and sublicensable license

This license allows us to:

  • Host, store, and display content
  • Modify and adapt content
  • Use content for AI training and development
  • Create derivative works including AI-generated outputs and avatars
  • Distribute content across the platform and partner channels
AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI systems:

  • May be based on user-provided inputs
  • May create new derivative works
  • Is owned by HVR LAB INC. or licensed back to users depending on feature usage
Digital Avatar Rights

Stars agree that:

  • Their likeness, voice, and personality may be used to create digital avatars
  • These avatars may continue to operate, evolve, and generate responses
  • These avatars may be accessed by other users under platform rules
Legacy & Post-Lifetime Rights

Users acknowledge that:

  • Content and avatars may persist after their lifetime
  • Rights to access and manage such content may be pre-defined by the user
  • HVR LAB INC. may maintain platform functionality for legacy preservation
User Responsibilities

Users must ensure:

  • They own or have rights to all uploaded content
  • Content does not infringe third-party rights
  • No unauthorized likeness or data is used
Prohibited Content
